What we collect and why

If you join our mailing list, we collect your email address, and, if you choose to share it, where you're planning to move. We use these to send you a launch announcement and occasional updates, and to understand which destinations to build for first. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form and confirm via the follow-up email (double opt-in). The destination field is optional and you can join without it.

What we don't do

• No sale or sharing of your information with third parties for their own use.
• No advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
• No profiling or automated decision-making.

Where your data lives

Your details are stored with our mailing-list provider (MailerLite) and may be processed in the EU and the United States under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@pathmade.com and we'll handle it promptly. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
